Positive Development is the oldest manual of GNP+. Developed as early as 1998, Positive Development focusses on the self empowerment of people living with HIV and strengthening their ability to build and maintain networks. In the last decade over 50,000 copies of the manual in a dozen languages have been distributed.
The purpose of this manual is to give suggestions and ideas to people and organizations that are creating new support groups, or think to do it, and who have little experience on how they work. This manual is also useful for all technical training and animators who are driving groups for some time or who are helping others to create their own support groups. It was developed from the experience of people with HIV / AIDS support groups belonging to various regions of the world.
Available in 13 languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, English, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Khmer, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese.
